You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing

Webline offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact support for assistance.

5. Code Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service, including text, images, and the websites you generate. When you export code to GitHub, you own that code and can use it however you wish.

Generated Code

Code generated by our AI becomes your property upon export. You are free to modify, distribute, and use it for any purpose, including commercial applications.

Webline IP

The Webline platform, including our software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation, remains our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create websites for spam, scams, or fraudulent purposes
• Resell the Service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website content and code. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your needs
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing
• Generated content should comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI generation

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Cloudflare, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webline and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We recommend exporting your code to GitHub before canceling.
